Free Shipping
Beverly Clark Diamonds offers FREE US Postal Service or FedEx 2nd day shipping on every order. On orders totaling more than $5,000 you may upgrade to Overnight Shipping at no additional charge.
Shipping Special Order Items
Special order items such as items that are out of stock and special metal requests may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Unless otherwise specified, all men’s wedding bands, all platinum rings and all items marked “Out of Stock” will be considered “Special Order items unless otherwise specified. For all orders Beverly Clark Diamonds will make every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase from Beverly Clark Diamonds you may return your item (s), within 30 days from the original date of purchase, for the purchase price less a restocking fee. For any order totaling less than $1,000 the restocking fee is $50. For any order totaling more than $1,000 the restocking fee is $100. The funds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase after the item (s) being returned has been inspected for quality assurance and security purposes. Any item (s) that has been sized, engraved, altered or shows signs of tampering or wear will not be eligible for return.
How to send a return:
Step 1: Obtain Return Authorization Number
Before you return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization number. To obtain your return authorization number either:

You must include your full name, address, telephone number, original purchase order number and reason you wish to return the item (s).
Step 2: Return Your Purchase:
After obtaining your return authorization number, send the item (s) to be returned via United States Post Office Registered Insured Mail for the total value of the contents. You must include all original paperwork including any diamond certificate (s) that accompanied your purchase. For security purposes we ask NOT to write the word “DIAMOND” anywhere on the label or outside of the package to ensure your package arrives safely.
