- Beverly Clark Diamonds DIAMOND MAGIC SWEEPSTAKES official entry registration can be found online only at www.beverlyclarkdiamonds.com from March 1, 2009 through 10/31/09. To enter the sweepstakes, complete the online entry form and select the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the form, or on a 3”x5” piece of paper, hand print your name, complete address, zip code, telephone number, email address, and date of birth. Mail your 3”x5” paper in an envelope to Beverly Clark Diamonds’ DIAMOND MAGIC SWEEPSTAKES, 114 East Haley Street, Suite “K”, Santa Barbara, California 93101. Enter as often as you wish, but each handwritten entry must be mailed separately and received by 11/15/09. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
- GRAND PRIZE (1): A diamond ring with a diamond from Beverly Clark Diamonds with a total appraised value of no less than $1,000. FIRST PRIZE (10): Complete set (est. retail value of $250) of Skin Care Products from Beverly Clark Skincare. SECOND PRIZE (10): Paris Rouge Perfume (est. retail value of $125), the only perfume in the world distilled with real diamonds. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/20/09 from among all entries received. An independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes, will conduct drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. The prizes will be awarded and the winners will be notified by mail. Limit one prize per individual or household. In the event the GRAND PRIZE is won by a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and it’s agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Taxes, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to verify address or execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. GRAND PRIZE is subject to availability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. No responsibility is assumed for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late entries by mail. This offer is void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
